My Role
Alpine Flats sought a logo that felt professional, meaningful, timeless, and modern—one that clearly communicated the elevated nature of their luxury apartment offerings. Alongside my creative director, I collaborated closely with the client to define brand goals, key adjectives, and visual inspiration before moving into concept development.
The final logo originated from a hand-drawn sketch that merged the letter “A” with a mountain form, resulting in a refined, distinctive mark that subtly references the surrounding Colorado landscape. The primary typography features a higher-contrast sans serif, lending the brand a more elevated, modern, and timeless feel, while the supporting sans serif was intentionally simple and highly legible. The color palette draws inspiration from the rustic, mountainous outdoors, grounding the brand in a strong sense of place.
Once the core brand was finalized, we expanded the system to include secondary logos, circular marks, patterns, and supporting visual elements. These assets were thoughtfully applied across print materials such as business cards, flyers, and brochures to ensure consistency at every physical touchpoint. The brand was also translated into social media advertising graphics for Instagram and Facebook, extending reach, building awareness, and supporting lead generation efforts.
The result is a modern, refined, and cohesive brand system that sets Alpine Flats apart in the Greeley market. Through a strong visual identity and flexible supporting elements, the brand successfully communicates its luxury positioning across both digital and print platforms.
From on-site marketing materials to social media advertising, Alpine Flats now engages potential residents through multiple touchpoints with a consistent, elevated look and feel. This unified approach strengthens brand recognition, reinforces quality and exclusivity, and helps attract new residents through a polished, contemporary presence.
