About the Client
Authentic is a newly established property management company based in Colorado, built on the belief that residents deserve a more genuine experience. Positioned as a fresh alternative within the multifamily space, Authentic focuses on people-first management rooted in transparency, trust, and authenticity.
My Role
In collaboration with the Creative Director, I partnered closely with the client to define their goals and establish a brand direction that felt both approachable and bold. The objective was to visually communicate Authentic’s commitment to meaningful change within the multifamily industry while remaining grounded, trustworthy, and human.
We developed a brand icon that symbolizes upward movement, progress, and positive change—anchored in the company’s core values and the people behind the brand. The color palette balances neutrality and warmth through soft beige tones, paired with bold orange-red and black accents to convey both familiarity and forward momentum.
To bring the brand to life beyond the logo, I designed a suite of mock applications—including business cards, brochures, and stamps—allowing the client to visualize how the identity would translate across real-world touchpoints and establish a cohesive, recognizable presence.
The result was a modern, purpose-driven brand identity that brings Authentic’s mission to life. By blending warmth with bold, directional elements, the brand communicates trust, momentum, and meaningful change. The cohesive system extends beyond the logo into tangible applications, ensuring the brand feels intentional, recognizable, and impactful wherever it appears.
