My Role
I partnered closely with the client to define a brand direction that honored the rustic, desert landscape of Grand Junction while introducing a more refined, modern sensibility. Through collaborative strategy sessions, we aligned on a visual identity that felt grounded yet aspirational.
The final logo features a bold, narrow sans serif chosen for clarity and efficiency, with subtle triangular letterforms suggesting movement, direction, and a connection to the surrounding country lifestyle. Custom typography allows the “c” and “t” to intersect seamlessly, creating a distinctive and cohesive mark. A rustic-modern color palette further bridges the natural environment with an elevated residential experience.
Following launch, I translated the brand across both print and digital touchpoints, including business cards, a brochure with a custom neighborhood map, social media templates, and a modern website—ensuring consistency and clarity across every interaction.
The Junction launched with a cohesive, visually compelling brand that feels unmistakably at home in Grand Junction while signaling a more elevated, luxurious apartment lifestyle. The identity balances warmth and refinement, helping prospective residents immediately understand both the character of the community and the experience it offers—modern living, thoughtfully connected to place.
